    Do you think this could help Toyota in their current crisis?
    Also do you think that Toyota could have avoided or lessened the magnitude of the crisis if they had effectively using Social Media?

  2. I think if Toyota had developed a personal relationship with their customers, using social media, before the crisis occured it would make the recovery a little easier.
